The Department of Mathematics at Plymouth State University (PSU) invites applications for 3 Assistant Professor, tenure-track faculty positions in Mathematics beginning in August 2013. Each position has a minimum requirement of a PhD in mathematics or related field.  Preferred specialties for the positions are: 

- Position 1: Open to all mathematical fields of expertise, preference given to generalists who love to teach 

- Position 2: Experience in mathematics education, interest in providing professional development for teachers 

- Position 3: PhD in statistics or strong background in statistics, experience consulting in a service capacity, skill with statistical software, disposition to teach statistics using a data-centered approach
